Guidance

Form first. Speed second. Every rep.

Use the low impact days as written. They’re what gets you to Day 14.

If a workout wrecks you, cut the last round and come back tomorrow.

Hydrate and eat enough. HIIT on empty is a bad two weeks.

Why HIIT Works So Well at Home

HIIT gets you a hard training effect in a short window, which is the whole reason it caught on with people training at home. You’re not driving anywhere, you’re not waiting for equipment, and twenty minutes of intervals is genuinely enough work for one day.

The catch is that most people run HIIT at full intensity every session until they’re too beat up or too bored to keep going. This 14 day HIIT plan puts low impact days on Day 7 and Day 12 on purpose. Those aren’t easy days for the sake of it. They’re what keeps you training in week two.

No-repeat formats do the other half of the work. When every interval is a new movement, the session goes by faster and you’re less likely to coast through the last three rounds. That matters more than people think over a fourteen day stretch.

“Most people don’t fail because they lack motivation. They fail because they don’t have structure.”
