GUIDANCE

Show up every day, even if you modify half of it.

Good form on ten reps beats sloppy form on twenty.

Breaks are normal. Take them and get back in.

Walk on top of this if you can. Daily movement does more than people expect.

You Don't Need Equipment to Get Results

The gear is almost never the thing standing between you and a workout. Push ups, squats, lunges, and planks have built strong people for a long time, and a bodyweight workout plan removes the excuse of not having a gym membership or a spare room full of equipment.

What bodyweight training gives you that loaded training doesn’t is portability. This plan runs the same in a hotel room in July as it does in your garage in January. That consistency is worth more over two weeks than any piece of equipment you’d have ordered instead.

The 14 days here rotate upper body, lower body, core, and cardio so nothing gets overworked and nothing gets ignored. Days 1 through 3 start light on purpose. If you’re coming back after a long break, the goal in week one is finishing, not suffering.

“Most people don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do. They struggle because starting feels overwhelming.”
